Hey SAGA! I gots a question.

I have never bought a single Saga product, but I really have never heard one bad thing about them other than a few kids bitching about absurd shit on here.
 
Thank you. We know we still fall short in some aspects of our business but we feel every year we make changes to try and get better and better about serving our fans. We delivered the vast majority of our pre orders earlier, cheaper and faster than ever before in the history of Saga. The Canadians have all the right to be annoyed with the delay. But this was literally out of our hands. We shipped the products in bulk to Canada as soon as they came in. It took them a little longer than we anticipated to clear customs because this was the first time we had used this service and they investigate your shipment very thoroughly. We were left sitting on our hands waiting just like everyone else. It sucks. The only way to make it better for next year is to get our shipments in earlier and hope since it's our second year it won't take so long to clear customs.
