i used to work in the emergency room at one of our local hospitals, which happens to be in springfield, ma.... it's like 15th in the country for violence per capita, i've seen some people come in with gun shot wounds (entry and exit) and it was a lot worse than that, like people who got shot with shot guns and a good portion of their arm was missing, or people who got hit with a 9mm and the exit wound was the size of a soft ball, i've seen some pretty nasty shit in actual life so no i've never seen someone who shot themselves, just people who got shot by other people
