Hey ive got a problem with one of my bros

So ive been friends with this kid for like 2 years and were way tight. But the other day we were at someones house and he decides that he needs my car so he can go home and get something even though i tell him ill take him in a second (note that this kid just got his permit and it was my moms car). So the fucker takes my car and i call him, really pissed, and im like "you better turn my car around right the fuck now" and hes like "ok chill". By the time he gets back im super pissed so i walk up to my car and im like "get the fuck out right now' he gets out and i proceed to throw the bitch to the ground. So i was like "disrespect me like that again and ill kick your ass". He never even really says sorry just goes " dude i never heard you say not to take it' So last night i was at a party and i guess his been talking major poo about me. SOooooo i called him just now and told him that he should apologize for talking shit and taking my car, even though he didnt hear me tell him not to take it. He then says fuck of and hangs up.

So i have decided that if i am ever going to be friends with hi again im going to have to beat the shit out him, even though i doubt i can

Im not being a dick am i, i mean really. it was a dick move and i would have been cool if he apologized.

 
^ my keys were in my bag.. So to finish the story off. . i went to the party he was at tonight and i was like "dude i love you, but i cant have you talking shit about me" and he pretty much apoligized there
 
well throwing him to the ground and being all like angry about it was a little extreme but it was a dick move on his part. ummmm dont worry about it. you'll probably look back on this day and laugh sometime. i mean youre like 16 now so you have a lot of years ahead of you with this kid so dont just brush him off because of this.
 
yeah little excessive, you should just told him to stop being a bitch and wait 3 minutes next time
 
the throwing him to the ground may have been just pushing it in my eyes, but what he did was a huge dick move, like if he fucked your car up and like totaled it, i believe there is no sort of insurance on it, and the only way you're going to get your money back is by A) him repaying you, however long it would take, or B) you reporting that he stole it, and then you'd fuck him over for years to come. So next time someone does that to you, or plans to, tell them to keep that in mind.
 
I would have kicked your stupid ass right then and there. if someone threw me to the ground for borrowing their car, they had better apologize.

sometimes kids just need to hear this from their good friends. i wouldn't have handled that situation any differently at all. and he apologized too, its all good.
 
A good backhand would have been just as effective as the throw down, plus, you look super OG if you can do legit pimp slaps
 
if you LEND your car out maybe, but his friend straight up took it, so i dont think he would be insured. I dunno though, im not trying to start any fights or anything
 
in order to be insured, he would have to tell the cops his buddy stole it on his buddy had an accident happened. it would probably be covered anyways, the permit would be the only technicality. If another licensed driver drives your car once in a while, not often, they are insured.
