If I was in the market for a jar, I wouldn't want to spend more than 10 or 15 bucks. Mostly because I can get a mason jar for free or close to it. But that's just me. I don't like spending a lot of money of things I don't need.
 
Yo I'd say stay with the cork lids and not the "custom lids" and make the small colors also in large jars. Pretty cool though
 
Thanks for the input. I recently got the cork lid idea and have started to make more.

i get my weed jars from ikea they are 1 dollar. I usually decorate them by filling them with weed.
 
Yeah but you dont want to damage the precious terpines with excessive light exposure. Herbs keep their quality best if they are stored in the dark.
 
This is great and all and i love your jars dont think im hating. Just trying to open your mind to the market youve entered. How long do you usually store your bud for? How can you compete with 1$ jars? Your target market is older stoners with money. The younger stoners spend there money on weed, not $18 jars to keep it in. They get a zip lock for free. Or a 1 dollar jar like i do. Your main competition is the dollar store. Its hard to beat their price points. With that said its a great made in NA product you have, you can market it to other industrys aswell, for example hippies could keep there hemp jewelary in them etc. Dont just think about the stoners, turn it into some sort of hipster product. Good luck with your creative jars, keep it up youve got a great start!
 
Yeah I see what your getting at. Your right these jars can really be used for anything, jewelry, storing change, ect and that was kind of the idea since jars have multiple purposes. Thanks for the pointers man.

fuck paying 20 bucks for one of those. I want to keep my shit in something that doesn't say stoner all over it. something inconspicuous that i'm not going to pay 20 dollars
