Best ski resorts in the area? Might be taking a trip there in December, wana shred a few days but idk what the scene is around there

Depending when in december you go there may be nowhere open yet, let alone a decent park. That being said roundtop would be closest.

Thoughts on blue mountain? Went there as a kid, don’t remember much

I’ve never been to any of these places I’m just judging by the looks of their parks

Roundtop has the best park of the three in the area. Probably only the small jbar park will be open around that time but is definitely fun to jib around. Everyone at rt is super cool too. Blue or JFBB would be worth the drive though. One park at JF actually had a pretty cool setup when I was there last year.

Blue is pretty sweet. Good parks, lots of vert for pa, tons of runs, moguls, trees, etc

Yes it is sweet, but it is usually crazy packed because everyone in PA seems to think that that is the place to be, and Camelback just bought it, so it may or may not get fucked over like boulder did by vail.

Make the 3.5 hour drive to Wisp, or deal with the jerry crowd of Roundtop/liberty. 7 Springs is about 2 hours and 45 minutes away and has better parks than any of the above.

NOVA's finest doctors and dentists on their crisp soul 7s getting ready to rip the hardest snowplow turns on 700ft of vert in a full Arc get up.

Its mostly entitled racer dads at roundtop. Pretty accurate for liberty though lol

This. Wisp you can just walk up to the rope and lap the park since it’s at the bottom of their hill, literally right above the parking lot. Wisp actually makes some pretty fun parks as well, it’s a little redneck but it’s still fun.
