Here's all the information for ramping at Lake Placid

Facilities open in mid May. Coach is required, unless you bring a certified coach with you, or you can use your own uncertified coaches if your program/team has a 1 million dollar insurance policy.

You need a helmet, board shorts or a wetsuit, life vest, and ski gear.

IF YOUR UNDER 18, your going to need to have a parent sign a release form before you go. Also you need to bring your insurance card with you. You won't be able to jump if you don't have those things, so don't forget to bring them.
