Ok, so many of us were freakin out about how dope the song was in the Show and Prove teaser. so when i found out what the song was i bought it right away on iTunes, but i had to search for awhile through all of Turbulence's albums, and it was definatly not in the "top bought songs" today i go look and the top song purchased for Turbulence is "blood dem out"!! whoaaa we just hella pwnd iTunes!

P.S. almost 1000000 posts here!
 
you were probably the only person ever to buy a song from itunes by turbulence, so your single purchase put that song on turbulence's top bought.
 
Actually, I emailed the guy who made the game while it was down meniioning us crashing the server and asking when the game would be back up. He was actually moving stuff in the server or something like that. We didn't crash it.
 
I doubt it would have really taken that many purchases for that to happen. I'm a huge reggae fan and until now had never heard of turbulence

its not about being core. it costs them $ to produce their music. and underground record shops are going belly up quick. so if your so into "core" music. you should pay for it. support the "core" bands you like buy helping them pay for their gas in their shitty van so they can come to your crappy town and play for you and your "core friends" idiot.
 
but the real problem here is that i havent seen the teaser yet and ive searched it i got nothing.

dude.....look at the invaders. SOME kids started saying that they were shit. Then in single shot, everybody thought they were shit. I will tell you guys right off the bat......the invaders were AWSOME. My bud used them on EVERYTHING all season long, and kept up. No delaming, do breaking, nothing. He is using them in momentum right now. This site has ALOT of pull in the industry.
 
i bought it on iTunes yesterday too. I'm sure not too many people are copping Turbulence off iTunes so even 10 or 20 downloads would make a big difference.

and anyone still stealing music should really stop.
 
Bands get a very small percentage of the $ from album sales, most of it goes to the big record companies. Bands make more from concerts and merch. So if you download a bunch of songs from a band that you like, throw down the $30 for a ticket and go see them play. I think file sharing is good for the "core" bands you speak of, because it gets them lots of exposure that they wouldn't otherwise get. And really, who the hell pays for something you can get for free?
 
Depends on what type of deal they sign. And people who support the bands/small record shops, they love pay for their music. Thats why you should pay. If you owned a ski shop and some website site was giving away the same product you sell how would you feel? Or someone made a bootleg version of your pro model ski and was giving it away, your sponsor would drop you because no one is buying your merch. Make sense? Sucks right? Do whatever you want. I know what i say isnt gonna change your mind anyway.
 
Well we crashed the line skis site server when they debuted the 2005 one cause they kept hyping it and everyone went that day it opened and crahsed it
