Hello everybody. I have received several e-mails through expert village with people asking if I can post some tips on this website. I can see that that many of you are more advanced than I am so many of my videos will not help you. However I would like to post this one video and help to get you ready for this coming season. I plan on making many more videos throughout this coming season and I hope to see you guys on the slopes!

I would also like to stress the importance of early season stretching. It is one of the most important things you can do before you go skiing
