Since when are you aloud to call Goepper an idiot but not Henrik..? Do you somehow think you're opinion means more than others?

while you may disagree with the way he dresses (great reason to call someone an idiot by the way), how can you possibly find fault in this?

Really thankful for everyone whos spreading the positive energy out there, can feel it and it helps a lot. Instead of only seeing the bad part with this event, but how can you say it is this and that and bad for the sport when it has not affected it in a bad way yet. And if you aint there to make a change no one will. We only do it for the money?! Im doin it to showcase our awesome sport to a bigger audience and to make sure its being shown the way I see it. They didnt even want to film any of my friends at the finish coral because they wanted moms or girldfriends, “makes a better story and better for the people watching”… Then they have a limit inbetween the jumps so they have to be really close to eachother otherwise people apperently switch channel. No hate towards X because i still really love, enjoy it and dont mind all this stuff but there is not like that here, we are insoulated here so no media is even allowed to do anything with us until the events really, the jumps are BIG with long distance inbetween and in a really good shape etc.

Anyway no need for me to waste more energy explaining this but yea. I would be stoked to see everyone just focus on your own instead of take the time and energy on negativity… Use all that to better your life, skiing or what ever you are into. 2014 is a good year so lets spread love peace and happiness instead!

for someone who's first language isn't english, this is incredibly well written coming from an individual heavily involved in both the competitive realm of skiing as well as the film portion.. he tours the US putting on demos for little kids, puts out absolute hammer film parts and he's on the swedish olympic team. not to mention he has arguably the best attitude in skiing. not bad for a kid who's not even 24 years old...

but yeah, a real idiot.

relax will ya? there's a reason people call it freeskiing (sorry JLev). The dudes stoked on skiing and life, and IMO represents the spirit of skiing better than almost anyone; no matter what haters like you who feel the need to make skiing rigid and conformist think.
 
the only poor representation of skiing is your shitty ignorant judgmental attitude towards someone you've never even met, let alone known personally...especially since he's done more to progress this sport in a couple years than you could in ten lifetimes, and he's done it with a MASSIVELY positive attitude and a huge smile on his face the entire time.

Hernik goes out, has fun, is super nice and genuine with everyone and you want to hate on him? Get fucked you clown.

Too many people judge the book by the cover these days. Henrik is not only a fkn rippin skier and a fun dude to hang with by all accounts, he's an impossibly positive person in general. I was really surprised to find out just how much he does to pay it forward back into skiing and it made me like him even more. Dude is the man.

seeing olympic news totally awash with "slopestyle" riders doing huge media promotions, corporate sponsorships, then the current bitchfest about the course conditions

then seeing henrik up there just being himself, having a blast, and being positive as fuck about the whole event

yeah i think skiers should hold their heads up high with henrik as a representative

All the people hating on Henrik just need to realize he's just basically skiing's biggest troll. Who else would lay down a nose butter triple cork in a blizzard with his fucking goggles on backwards. He's hilarious when you look at him in that light. He's just fucking around and having a blast doing it. That's pretty much skiing in a nutshell isnt it?
