Helping the ski industry a disgrace?

Alright, so im walkin around with 3 buddy's of mine. 1 skis, 1 snowboards, and one does neither. Some guys are working for atomic, and come up and ask if i would awnser a few questions about there skis/snowboards for product feedback. They said they havent been able to find anyone that skis or snowboards and were havin a really hard time gettin anyone to give them some feedback. so i said that i would awnser the questions and help them out. None of my friends would help them out, and after they started making fun of me for giving feedback of what i think of atomic skis. Like atomic or not, i thought that i would just help support the ski industry. So any choice words you have for these guys ...
 
they woulda made fun of you even if you were taking a poll for like... new era caps or wtv i think they were just laughing at the fact that you answered the dudes question wtv the company hes repping, i think idk..
 
dont really care, i just dont know why they woudlnt help.. i think the first post awsnered that question.. and i was walking in whistler
