Help with Windows Movie Maker

Hey. i want to use windows movie maker just for putting together little edits. Whenever i try to load it, it automatically gives me an error report. +Karma for suggestions.

 
Windows movie maker is very problematic, I find. I haven't had the problem you described, but it froze up often and I would have to restart the whole computer and usually lose my project. Extremely frustrating. Make sure you don't run ANY other programs at the same time, if you can get it working. If you tell us what the error message says, it might be easier for people that know to help though.
 
Its just the report it says when it closes anything:

Windows Movie Maker has encountered a problem and need to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
 
not any good ones you can always get free trials but the good editing software such as premier go to great lenghts so no one can illegally download ti or download it to more than one computer. there are always ways around it but it takes a long time and isnt worth it just dish out the 500- 1000 dollars
