Help with vist (4frnt, movement) bindings

i was thinking about mounting a free pair i got but never used on some seths i bought, im going to be doing serious bc freestlye + some lines and drops. does anyone have any experence of them? are they decent bindings that dont pre release?, im 5,11 and 12 stone(180lbs i think) and there the 614s, din range 6-14

maybe look into the 816's since youre a bigger guy, i have the 412's and so far so good no prereleases for me

I use the 6-14s at 245lbs using maxed DIN and they're fine doing bc freestyle. If you're concerned then pickup the 816s though.

12 stone is 168 pounds, 1 stone=14 lbs. but anyway you should be fine with 614s, i have them on my BC/Pow skis and im 5'10" 13 stone (haha, 182lbs) and have had no problems with prereleasing or anything binding related, i ride them at a 13 DIN for reference. oh, and i have the original nordica version, so it shouldn't matter for you.
