Help with Vimeo link

Hey guys I'm going to post an edit on here and I would really like it to be from Vimeo because they have better HD than here I think. So my question is does anyone know how to post an hd Vimeo link to ns? Any help would be grately appreciated.

If you hit Upload then Video it gives you the option to either Choose files from your computer or Use YouTube, Vimeo, Mpora, or EpicTV URL. Then you just upload the edit to Vimeo and put the link in, it also gives you examples of how to put the URLs in.

^this. I would also like to note that when posting vimeo to an external website it will not play in HD unless you are a Vimeo+ or Vimeo pro member. In order to watch in HD people will have to click the watch on Vimeo button!
