im not sure but i think ur supposed to let the lip take you. I watched some kids do these and what they did is just float in the air and then suddenly turn your skis to the side you spin while spotting your landing
it was really easy for me to learn. Just kinda pop and make sure that yor tips clear whatever your trying to stall and then yool slide rite onto it. If you think you going to go over the other side of it just lean back.
Our hill has like a 3 foot log stall. Whenever i go up to it i always pop and usually end up taking the log into the chest. Are you supposed to lean back while popping or just let the lip take you? Cus the lip of our stall never goes straight up.
its kinda like a quarterpipe i would say. if you can go into a quarter or halfpipe and pop out onto the top kinda do a stall like that. i go into it. pop back i guess. and then put my weight forward. i think thats it at least i really dont know
