Im fine with flat downs, normal flats and downs.

Only problem is when i do rails like flat down flats, i always lose my balance when hitting the second flat

is there tips any of u got that helps keep balance when hitting the flat so i can ride away clean?

thanks

yeh i got that, its just every time i hit the second flat i get off balance and usually thrown off the rail. i cant figure out how to balance that out

^yup. also approach the rail with ur legs evenly spaced on either side. dont come at it from the side. also, when you hit the flat part stand up and you get locked on. and treat the rail as a whole nt kink by kink.

hope that helps.

you may be getting thrown off because you arent absorbing the second kink enough..take it all through the legs and try to keep your body centred and balanced..i think absorbing it more is something that could help

Try to keep feet about shoulder width apart, stay kind of low, and absorb the kinks. It also helps to have a little speed so you don't get hung up.

yes, make sure your bases aren't totally flat on the down but still be able to be centered and balanced and be ready to hit the flat

get on completely sideways legs shoulder width apart...

you want to go slow, you could be getting thrown off because your going too fast. and just practice it some it is probably something simple your doing that is messing you up man...
