Help with my pre sleep ritual

OK so my now ex-girlfriend has gotten all of her things out of my apartment and I can move on with my life. Only problem is that the tv that was in the bedroom was hers. I need to know good websites to watch free tv shows and movies. Also suggestions for shows and movies I can download would be appreciated. Over the years I have formed a habit that I cannot fall asleep without watching something first. Please help. Thanks folks.

Try listening to podcast's, its nice because the light from the TV keeps me up when just the sound puts me too sleep.

I stretch then meditate, at some point meditation turns to sleep then I wake up. Feel awesome every morning and almost nothing stresses me out any more! I would definitely recommend trying that one night.

Go to TV- Shows, find what u want. They have many nice ones, like family, futurama, simpsons, southpark, and other - non cartoon ones. Crappy site design etc but it works.
