Hey i need some help. I can get a pair of 2003/4 motherships in the sale for a good price and i'm really tempted. I know there has been a hundred posts on this but i just want some fresh opinions after a season of riding so dont bitch at me for posting this please. I'm going to use them mainly for out of the park but cant be assed changing ski half way through the day so need to be ok of jumps. There isnt another option its either get these or keep riding my teneightys. So if anyone has spent a season on them or riden them what do they think? They need to be able to last a while and be up to some bashing off rocks. I'm not going to have a chance to demo them so i need to know.

Cheers

buy them immediately. i've had them for a year and they're really sick everywhere. i wish i hadn't put such heavy bindings on them or they'd really be perfect. but the flex pattern is sick for jumping and stuff. the bases are fairly durable, good enough for a few rocks or rails here and there.

my level of radness... it just can't... be quantified.

you half to put a little more umph into it but they are amazing i tried my friends for a pow day while he wrode my scratchs. shit... just shit, buy them and beware of the boner that will last the whole season.

I think that is one of my favorite vids of all time. It is awe inspiring and so pure and honest. As pure and honest as a 5 year old, and god do I love five year olds... {haggar}

i'm 5 foot 3 and i'm riding the 172s. they're pretty soft so you'll prolly want to buy the 182s.
