Help with Grab on 3s

So i can spin 3's easy but when ever i try to mute or do any grab i feel just uncomfortable, I have been able to 3 the 25 foot kicker but can't feel comfortable and it has been week i have been 3ing it and every once and awhile i will get some shitty right ski grab. When should i go to grab? How do I get comfortable?
 
Also before i go to hit the Big kicker i speed check to many times. How do i get comfortable going faster? And i have been hitting the kicker for weeks and 3ing over it
 
this problem has plagued me forever!!! I still cant figure it out...im having the same problems as you
 
practice makes perfect, actually perfect practice makes perfect so you have to force yourself to stop speed checking as much or only speed checking the right amount and the more you do it the easier it will be for you if you really want it go out and get it.
 

I dont know what to tell ya man, your just going to have to GO,GO,GO,GO,GO ski the more, watch old ski footy and get this stuff deep in your head so all you think is skiing then you will get more comfotable. also think about where you are in the air and what your going to see, trees, jumps, the horizion. you know this stuff takes years not weeks.
as for the big kicker, Just go ski, get out of the park and go ski fast every where. Im talking trees, chunder,top to bottoms. Go out and see how fast you can go for a few weeks then go back to the park and youll find that your really not going that fast off the jump. But dont go over shooting stuff now that your turbo.
