HELP with distortion title

hey guys, i really wana make a cool distortion title for my new video, but this shit is complex.

I made a graphic in photoshop that i like, and i wana create a cool, distortion/motion effect to it. would love some help and any ides.

VIDEO TUTORIALS prefered.

i appriciate your guys advice, helps alot. im just tired of my old animation so i wanted to figure out somthing new. and i've always been a fan of the way Eheath does his videos same with Zach Moxley's titles. not looking to pose anyones thing, just looking for some help on ideas
