Help with corks and switch ups

I need some help with corked spins i can spin 5s and 3s easily I just want to progress with them and cork them out any suggestions?

Also i cannot seam to figure out how to switch up on a rail. I have tried and not sucseeded i guess it might be a problem with sliding unnatural cause i can get the 180 while on the rail its just keeping sliding thats the problem

suggestions?

get better at sliding unnaturally, then switch ups will come more easily

also, you might not be getting your feet over the rail when you do the 180

ask for an invite into the tricktip cult. cork try tramps for practice and on snow its all about commitment and completing the rotation, switchup are also commitment, hop on the rail or box with some spinning momentum to make it easier. then pop spin and look over your shoulder to make the switchup
