Help with Cork 5's

I have been trying corked 5's for about an afternoon and i can cork the spin but i can't seem to bring the spin completely back on axis....any tips?

do what i did. my ex owed me 53 bucks from random times i let her borrow money. i asked for it and she told me to fuck off and wouldnt pay me back. i was planning on slitting her tires, but my friend told me that was childish and talked me out of it. so instead, i broke her car window with a rock and jacked her cd case with like 50 cd's. good shit. she listens to iron maiden, black sabbath, metallica, and that kind of stuff. 50s cds is a lot of money my friends-seanPisto

probably need to commit more to the cork, it sounds like youre just tilting a little off axis and so you cant bring it around. cork 5s come around really naturally, just go with it and you'll get it. so ya...just practice them more and commit

a switch cork 5 is like the most feels like the most natural thing ever. like it coemes around beautifuly. try some of those and it might solve your regular cork 5s.
 
when i try to do corks i go upsidedown and kinda rodeo (i have no videos so ive never seen myself) and i land on my face PLEASE HELP ME!
 
carve slightly up the searchbar. at the searchbar, searchbar and look adjacent to the searchbar. make sure to commit. I hate to be the one to say that.
 
throw the cork harder. first off, do you understand the physics of a cork? you don't just lean back, then pull out of it at any time. pick up any random object, toss it into a cork and see how it works, then come back and post if ur still having trouble
 
haha yeah seriously.

to the thread starter: i learned cork 5's by carving super super hard into them and just throwing a 5 and looking down and across my left shoulder. you should be able to see your landing for the whole thing so its really an easy trick once you get the rotation down. just make sure you (a) go faster than normal so you can carve harder and (b) do it off a 40 + jump. anything less and you sorta have to rush it. also dont just throw your shoulder down and back or you will underflip and probably land on your neck.
 
Ok, there's something that you need to realize. Try searching "cork" in the search bar. Go to the very last result. Read the thread. There are people telling the creator to use the search bar. Do you understand what I'm getting at? It's useless now!
 
haha, i also realized that this thread was from march of 05. the person who bumped this DID use the searchbar.
