Help w/ ski size

hey guys im thinkin about buyin a pair of AR5's but i don't know what size to get. im 5'10 and 140 lbs. if somebody could help that would b great

ur to light for 180s. 176 or maby a different ski.

I'm 5'11/6'0 and 150, and on the 180. The 176 would be a real nice match for you.
