What are your reviews on the dalbello il moro boots 120 flex. I need new boots asap, I tried these on and on the floor they felt like a new boot should apart from a couple hot spots on my ankle, will heat molding the shell alleviate this problem. Are these boots worth the 600 price tag? I live in southern ohio and my options for ski shops and professional advice are DOG shit, so i guess I'm asking for advice.

I have been riding the same Il Moro 120 boots since 2017 and they are still in great shape. I only lost a couple of screws from the soles, but they are easily replaceable.

But you should go to a good bootfitter to see if they fit. Even if they are great boots, doesnt mean its made for you feet.

Thanks for your response, that’s my current problem and the reason I haven’t grabbed them yet. I really only have 2 places to go near me and both have very sub par boot fitters. After trying on a bunch of boots and doing research I feel like I have a pretty good idea of what I need but I’m hesitant. If out of the box I’m feeling hot spots on my ankles, is that something that heat molding will fix?

In my opinion, you should be able to ski them right out of the box. The idea is that if molding the boots doesnt make them more comfy, you can still ski with them.

But heat molding should take care if the some spots that are uncomfortable, otherwise you'll need to grind them out.

kinda hard/impossoble to help over the internet, but I got the new il moro, only done test fit so far, but seems fairly roomy, and more roomy/wide than the 98 last suggested. I usually go for a 100 atomic 99 technica is a bit snug.

It shouldnt be painfull/bad when you put them on, should be like yeah you wanna ski thoose, so agree with previous poster in that regard. The times I've had llarger issues on initial fitting, the boots rarely worked out :|

The il moro 2021 is fire though.
