HELP PLEASE

after about 3 trips to the mountin with my new skis i noticed white scrapes? or whitness of something. Im not sure if it is wax or lack of wax. I tried hot waxing but when i scrap off the wax the whitness returns i dont understand can someone please help. Im thinking about gettin a wax job done insted of me doing it by hand, but any suggestions?

if the white stuff is on ur bases its Ice burn. its caused by a lack of wax.

its normal the factory wax turns white after a few times out its completely normal go get a wax job at a shop
