Help pick my new pack.

your call, heli pro is such a great pack. i probably like the EP one better, thats just my opinion. both are sick

The only thing stopping me getting the EP is the whiteness, not keen on the blue one. I love the way the bag looks now, but after 2-3 months it'll be grey, riffy and have permenant marks. Not one to really worry about how i put a bag down, so it'll look pretty dirty pretty soon as ill be using it for a day to day pack as well. Although it'd still no doubt look sick, but i think the Re-Gen pack will weather better. Just hope it isnt tacky feeling plastic.

The lifetime warrenty is massive plus aswell. Thumbs up for Dakine poducts

not really a fan of either of those honestly but i definitely like the EP one better. the recycled one kinda clashes to me

Opinion just based on colour schemes tho right?

You rock a different branded pack thats up there with the Heli? Really trying to research as much as i can.

brewwwwwey i bought a new TNF pack two years ago. Its been to the slums of nicaragua all the way to the top of the some of the rockies. And still not one thread has torn. Buy buy buy.

I'm sure the quality is awesome, but for what i need. TNF aint gonna cut it. They have only 1 "ski" pack, its 8L smallers than the heli, has no ski carry and is $9 more expensive. Looks legit, but cannot be in the same range bag wise!

Sure there are other out there. But cant imagine i'm gonna be swayed away from the Heli, nothing else seems to come close.

I havent bought a new back pack in years, even then i had a gift card. I cant believe how expensive they are now. well at least the dakine one.

but the recycled pack looks sick, i would go for that one.

How about you tell us what you plan on using the pack for. What you plan on carrying in it. Where you plan on going with it. Height/Weight/age would help too.

I plan on using this bag for everything. Clothes for work, Bottles for work, all of them 750ml. At least 7 28oz Shaker Tins. Its going to have to go through a full season with at least 25 trips and certainly hope it'll still be going after that. I like the Heli pro Ski Carry. I'll be using it as a carry on for any flight i get on. Ummm, thats about it i think.

5ft10, 155lbs, 28.

Have been using a Hurley pack for 3 years, Its a little under 20L i think. Dont want anything to bulky on the mountain. Think i'll be purchasing the Re-Gen tommorow and hope i like the way the plastic looks.

Plus it looks like the recycled one has a pen organizer instead room for a shovel and probe.

What kinda job has you carrying bottles in your backpack?

yeah just based on looks. I have a dakine sequence actually. but like someone else mentioned, one of my friends has this backpack and likes it but says it's really small

Probably the only side of skiing i wont be doin, backcountry and what not.

I'm a Flair bartender. Bottles are practice, plastic bottles.

Found out the Re-gen doesnt have the cable ski carry or the padded camera pocket. Found a cheaper EP on ebay. Thanks people
