Im no expert but i can 540 and do most rails easily, but im lookin for a good twin that will help me progress and last the season

so far ive considered these :

176 mojo

176 ar5

176 skogens

176 1260s

175 tm/belans

179 pes

179 fujatives

174 scratch fs

170/180 msp

any advice appreciated, thx again

dude go down a ski size to around 169

Remember it's 10% equipment, 90% rider, and 0% what kinda jacket your wearing

well i would narrow it down a little further like what are you looking for an all-mtn or park ski. Because then you can eliminate skis like the scratch fs or the msp you know?

what the fuck are you talkin about? is it a ski movie? or sum freaky shit that has to do with the universe?

just demo as many ski as you can and find out what is better for you... i did that and i ended by buying mothership and im from quebec too... depend of a lot a thing...

well i ski ~60-40 park-allmount so i guess im lookin for a park ski that can still perform outside, if it helps any i skied 165 candides last year

pe's are a great park ski and perform really well for all-mtn. too, and yea i'd say g downa size to 169

i wouldnt go with the scratch unless they have made a thicker edge. i learned raiols halfway through the year last season and the skis were comletely shot and the end. personaly, i would go with the lines, but that is just me

so lets say i narrow it down-

176 mojo

176 ar5

176 skogens

176 1260s

179 pes

about the pes...would it be better to centermount 179s or just stick with 169s ?

i say ar5 cuz there great manily park ski but can hold up all mountain which seems to me what u need. also centermounting isnt that big of a deal, i say dont go down a size also

Don't drop down a size, and if you can demo a Scratch FS, do it. Don't listen to morons who say things like 'I learned rails on them, and now the edges are fucked'. No shit your edges are fucked, YOU LEARNED RAILS ON THEM.

When you do get your skis, mount them forward a little.

on the scratch fs, the designated mounting spot is pretty far forward, so if you get them just mount them there. Thats what i did

all i can say is just dont get the 1260 if you ride pow, its just not the best for it.(i am not saying the 1260 is a bad ski i loved it in hte park but if you ride hard ouside of it they arent that great)

im about your height and ski everything, but a lot of park, like i said before go with the 169 pe's and mount them like +3 thats where im at and they ride awesome

i mounted my 2004 10's on the mountain spot, a 4mm difference from bottom of binding to to tip, and top of binding to tail, so its all good
