Help on my lacrosse head

i just came back from lacrosse camp. and i did a lot of face offs. now the pinch on my head is too small and the ball gets stuck. how can i fix this, or should i just get a new head

u put it in the microwave do the opposite of pinching it

u might not want to heat it because it makes it weaker, see if putting a butter knife in it for a little while works, but oven would be best if its strong, what head is it?

just stick a baseball in the narrowest part you can and just let it sit there. Everytime you go hit the wall or use your stick, take it out, then put it back in when you are finished.

Buy a Nitrous or a Razor Pro. No matter what you do to your head it will continue to go back to being how it is now and you don't want a 3minute unrealisable in a game do you?

Custom pockets, while looking cool, aalmost always suck.

buy an evolution or a revolution best heads ever made, and fuck weird pockets theres a reason no pro's use the "torpedo" pocket

as for you head i was a faceoff mid for 4 years, i'd say you may have you buy another head, baking it makes it way too weak, i'd say get a revo man.

its all about the evo (not pro). just put it in boiling water if there is no mesh on it, then mold.

dont microwave it. if your gonna heat it bake it in the oven for a bit. i would get a new head tho anyways if you can afford it

i dont kno how much luck your going to have bending a liquid chris.  I used to havee one (i hated it, and it broke within a month) and it was super stiff and heavy.  If you really want to make it wider though, i would as said above put a baseball or softball in the throat of it for a while.  And if that doesnt work and you need a new head, go for the evo pro, they are nice.

if you do get a new head get a warrior. They are really strong and dont pinch by themsleves

I'd suggerst picking up a Mohawk Thunder. It's wicked cheap, stiff, perfect faceoff head due to it's shape, pinch, durability, and big ass sidewalls. Also, YES it is legal for field play.

There's also a straight version of the head. Honestly, I picked it up for 40 bucks and it's a killer faceoff head. It's better to have an indestructible head for FO's and if you don't like it for the rest of gameplay, you could use your regular stick.
