I thought it would be fun to rip donuts in my truck on a vacant property that was never really developed. Its been vacant for years. There are a bunch of septic fields and I pretty much tore them apart. This morning two pissed of neighbors called my dads house (its a small town) flipping out. They told the owner of the vacant property who is a multi millionare old guy asshole. Now I might owe the owner more money than I have made this summer in my summer job. Should I call him up and fess up, and possibly pay the price, or see if I can stay low?
 
ha thats a tough one but i mean if the neighbors knew it was you than your pretty much fucked id say fess up in your case
 
come up with a plan to develop that land. when he tries to take you to court or whatever pull the plans out and be like "why dont you use some of your money to make this piece of shit land something usefull"
 
This seems like the best approach. from what I'm told the owner is pissed his property isnt selling, hes losing money on it so he's probably not going to want to pay for whatever work needs to be done. What sucks the most at this point is my reputation up here has just gone to shit. But thanks for the advice, thats what I'm going to do
