Help Needed

Alright so i ordered some salomon foils from getboards....with 2-3 day fedex sunday......and sure enough its friday and i have no damn foils......but i need skis this weekend......so if i shipped my skis back to getboardswill they give me a refund...and then tommoro i can buy some new skis??? would this work?
 
well it depends when you ordered them. You can't expect to place your order on Thursday and then have the skis by friday. They have to process your order, package it, THEN ship it. Also, 2-3 day FedEx shipping can sometimes mean 4-5 days I've found out. Getboards doesnt suck, people just have stupid expectations. I would call them ASAP and find out what the status of your order is.
 
no getboards definately sucks. ive order two things from there and they have both taken afew extra MONTHS. not days.
 
so far i have not liked getboards, ive read alot of bad things on here about them and only good things were the gift baskets. i still ordered a sweatshirt for christmas from there cause it was the only place to have it, and they never processed the order. i ordered it again and am hoping to have it early next week but am doubting i will get it then.
 
this aint as bad as waiting for new 1260s from backcountry and reciving the news that they ran out of stock and that all they would do is let u have ur money back

this was a while ago but it still sucked cause i couldnt jib that weekend
 
getboards is shady. i bought skis once and those came in right on time, but i ordered some clothing in september and i didn't actually receive it until december after some unhappy phone calls. i think a lot of it might have to do with the fact that their online site is screwed up sometimes; i.e. you want to order something, and when you click "buy it" a different product turns up in your cart and there is nothing you can do. idk if this has happened to anyone else but it happened to me.
