Anyways my mom is looking for some new powder skis to replace her Head Monsters and its really the least I can do for her considering she was the one who drug me up to the hill when I was a little puntable version of myself and got me into skiing.

The thing is, I dont know shit about women's skis. I tried researching but the widths and stuff were all different and I dont know whats too fat or too stuff so I might just end up going to a shop, but its worth a shot (

Volkll made a womens powder ski this year. Forgot what its called but its white with some green flourish stuff growing on it. It's not hard to find, check it.

Wow what the fuck more than half of my post was cut off...

Anyways she skis primarily advanced off-piste terrain and she is about 5'10' 140 lbs. I had posted that she is currently skiing on Head Monsters which are 167/87/?? and she complained that they were a bit too hard to turn in the pow so I was thinking maybe something a little fatter, say 95ish and a little softer. She doesnt care if they are twin tip or not. If you have any advice or thoughts id love to hear it. Unfortunately I forgot a bunch of the stuff I originally posted but w/e.

Thanks NS!~~

Moment Sierra at a 96 waist. Only length is 170 though.
Moment Pika at 112 waist. Same, only a 170
Both are a slightly stiffer flex I believe, able to handle everywhere, the link is in my signature.

Armada ARV would be good too, the flex would be nice for a lady too, forgiving but stiff enough. There is the ARVw too, but it's too narrow and too soft I would imagine.

What are you talking about? The ARVw has the same exact demensions as the regular ARV in a 165...

Whether or not its softer or not, I do not know... that said.. the regular ARV in a 165 is already a FANTASTIC womans ski... even at 89 undefoot, that would handle powder perfectly fine.

With those heads, they are a bit burly, and depending on the length, might just be too long for her or something, as well as too stiff.

Something like an ARV would be a good change, because they are much more forgiving in the powder, and float incredibly well (I have had a pair for 4 years now, and they are fantastic in the pow pow)

How much does she weigh, and how tall is she? Those are key factors in the decision making process.

for strict pow i would go Pika or Pandora. for all mountain i would go with the celeberty

mmmmm no i mean the missdemeanor.

Yeah my bad man, I was thinking of different length, just a slow moment. They are the same.
Sorry
