Alright so this is my homie, heres some of his music. What I really would love from this community is to just share this on other websites, make it big, get him noticed. Your facebook, other forums, anywhere. If you like it, help him out, and dont forget to like it on facebook!

 
Well then.. you dont like it I guess, oh well. And I really dont know what Team Backpack is all about. His thing used to be Faultline but whatever. Just help a kid out.

Ok so here's my opinion:
He has a lot of potential. He just has to find something unique. The beat he had was lame, and unless he finds a good producer/DJ he's not gonna get anywhere. If all he's gonna talk about is smoking weed, fine. Plenty of rappers have gotten famous doing the same thing. I'm not saying that I like his music, but I think that a lot of other people will if he develops a personality through his music.
 
Pretty much this. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't unique enough to make him stand out from the other 17 year old white kids trying to rap.
 
The competition he is in involves using one of three beats they give to competitors and they have to drop 16 bars on one of the three provided beats. Anyways, I'm done trying to defend his music, I think its dope and if you do to help him out by sharing and liking. Thanks everyone.
 
Well I opened up this thread thinking here's another douchebag with a macbook and fruity loops trying to make it big by plagiarizing some shitty electronic song with his own "remix."

Now I actually enjoyed that. Like people said though not the most original topic and kind of lame beat. He's got potential though.
 
It seems he is well experienced with smoking 'trees' and consuming alcohol. I for one am impressed.

all he talks a about r how much he drinks and smokes, thats not original or clever anyone can do that no offense his flow is pretty good but he really needs to talk about something that people give a fuck about anyone can say i get high a lot bah blah blah

He sucks, and is not going to "make it big." If he was going to, it would have happened already. People don't become famous overnight by 10 skiers liking a Facebook page.
 
The mods are super stern about it. They are still unable to handle the viewing of a woman's chest without any maturity.
 
Let me post this piece of art. Will I get banned for it? Probably not because its art. When Kids know what a boob is they should be able to handle seeing one.

Clearly, it is you who lacks understanding and maturity if you can't realize there is a difference between art and two hookers on the cover of a rap album.
 
I know there is a difference. Kids see sex, drugs, boobs, and killing all the time in the movies. They should be able to handle a picture of a boob as long as it isn't to explicit, or porn.
 
I'd say he is the best white kid trying to rap I have seen posted in recent history, but his lyrics still could use a little more substance, I like his dolphin shirt though.
 
Doesn't change the fact that there are underage kids that browse this site (yourself included, I'm sure). NS is just covering its ass. Don't try and blame your stupidity on the "lack of maturity" of the mods.
 
I know the mods have a duty but stop railing their dicks so hard. They show boobs in pg 13 movies. when I was 3-4 years old my mom would take me into the womens dressing room if I was going to the pool. Boobs are everywhere. All I am saying is as long is it isn't explicit it should be accepted to an extent but discouraged. People should be able to see a what a human being would look like in nature with out flipping out.

I thought some of those were pretty good and I also don't think this is the typical rap kid thread. He's good, but he sounds a big nasily. Try to clear that up in some of his songs and Id rly like it.

If you're underground, no one wants to hear mainstream bullshit. If youre superstar, bitches want to hear that mainstream bullshit.
 
Oh ok that makes more sense. Post some shit of him over his own/better beats. Seriously, if he can find a unique sound or quality that separates him he could get big. Once again, I'm not a huge fan of the style of music he's making, but at least he's pretty skilled at rapping. His delivery is nice.
