yes i noticed how i spelt that^^

so my friend is 14 and he is 5'2 he just ordered some 2015 infamous in size 151 is he fucked? is that too short? the guys on the website said that would be fine, much more would be too much ski for him but is that true.
 
They should be fine for him. I wa riding a pair of 171 for a little while an I'm 5'11. They were a little small but actually ok. So with him being 9 inches shorter then me or 22.5cm it means that a 151 will be fine for him.
 
Should work ok. Depends on his ability and weight as well. If he is very good or is a fatty then maybe a size up would have been better.

hes new to the park but he is really good anywhere else on the mountain also he is like super skinny i think hes 90 pounds

If you noticed, why didn't you change it to something that made sense...?

They're slightly small, but for a first year park ski and for someone who doesn't weight that much, they'll be fine. They're only about 2 inches shorter than him.
