Help me with my editing ( +k)

Okay so i film with a old ass sony cam that has pretty good quality, i know when i capture it it loses alot but i dont understand why this comes out so shitty, It lags alot and quality is borderline terrible. Is their anyway to render it so it comes out nicer or is it just the camera and theres no way around this laggy and shit quality work.

By the way this is on the help of my edit not saying we suck yeah were not too good but we have fun and itss like our 1st/ 2nd yr in freestyle so .. Help not hate

most likely the problem is that your import settings (so the settings you have for the comp getting the video from the comp) aren't set as high as they could be. maybe try bumping those up.
if the quality is lost in-between when your done editing and when your done exporting, then its your export settings that are set too low. let me know (via pm would be easiest to me) if you need more help or if that doesn't work... or if i completely miss understood the problem
