Drug Testing: Strict Policy over Strict Action

Thesis:

People have a right to both privacy and freedom from an unreasonable search; therefore, workplace drug testing should only exist if the employee has poor work performance and is suspected of drug use. Random testing should only be permitted in safety positions and drug testing should always be clearly stated in a policy written by your employer.
