Help me settle an argument with my roomate

So I have owned a camo print pair of Vans and worn them constantly for the last three or so months. My roommate left to go home for a week to visit his parents and when he came back he had the exact same pair of camo print Vans (there are a few different camo ones but he got literally the exact same pair) He said he didn't know I had that pair but I live with him and I've had them for three months and kept them clean!

Is he not totally ripping off my style? Am I wrong to care? I get it that I don't own that shoe design but the fact that he is my roommate makes a difference right? If it wasn't something as noticeable as camp print, like straight blue or something I wouldn't care.
 
Simple solution wear his vans and walk through mud and then when he confronts you about ruining them you could be like oh sorry I thought they were mine. Then hide yours so he can't fuck with them
 
That sucks I would be mad too. You def overreacted though just gotta get over it and make sure you dont wear em around each other
 
I had a friend do that on purpose to another friend. My buddy had a pair of grey hightop nikes (they were actually pretty sick). A week or so later my other friend decided to buy the same pair knowing full well friend one had them. Dick move.

was going to reply with this but I was too late. They seem like legit camo if he didn't even see them.

OP, what can I say. You're just so fucking popular everybody want's to be you.

I just went out and bought myself a pair as well. Inb4 op is that mike the killer or whatever that somebody posted on here a few months ago that was super fashionable or whatever.
 
If my roommate bought the same shoes as me I'd probably chuckle and bug him about it till he got new shoes. It wouldn't really bug me though...
 
i lived with one particular roommate for several years. over those years, I couldn't at any point walk in to a store and tell you what shoes he owned.

quit acting like a fucking woman.
