Help me Pick My New Car Receiver

I just bought a truck and it only has a stock cd player in it and I wanna upgrade to something with usb, aux, and bluetooth so I can play music with my phone, ipod etc. Not sure how much this matters but my truck has stock audiophile premium sound in it with a factory 8in sub (not sure it any of that really matters), and im not looking to upgrade the speakers at the current time. The stock receiver is big, so im looking at double din and touch screen, because the non touch screen double dins just dont look good imo. The only real electronics store around me is best buy and those guys are all fucks when it comes to help.

These are the 4 that I have been looking at:

I'm not real good with electronics and the like so I would like some opinions on if these are any good? Is it worth it to spend a little more money? Do you suggest something else? Anything im missing?

Ok fine then, I have 1 question.

Does anyone think it would be worth an extra $125 to get a receiver that can mirror my phone and I can run the phone on the touchscreen?

i dunno

From what I've dealt with, touchscreen head units are usually really shitty. Granted, they've been the cheaper ones.

My $70 single din works a charm and it looks great too. Would it be possible to fill in the space with some sort of tray? My foz had a stock double din but I replaced it with a single head unit and a little tray thingy. Looks better, works better.

my brother did this with his car as well. he bought a smaller head unit and an adapter kit and now has a smaller, non-touch radio and some more storage for whatever up front

Id get that kenwood honestly. Looks likeit has the best user interface.

I wouldnt spend 300+ on a reciever though.

defenitly, it would make it much easier to use music apps, pandora, soundcloud, etc. which would be nice.

You'll finally be able to watch dvds while you drive! So convenient!!!

Yeah if you know how to wire it right. I have a Pioneer deck that can play dvd's but I still haven't gotten it to work even when the car is parked.

can't imagine spending 300 on something like that unless you have a ridiculous speaker setup in your car. i'd just look for something cheap and easy to use that does what you want it to do

This thread is old. I already bought a jvc one a couple months ago. And yes you can watch dvds while driving if you know how to hook it up, i tried it and it works. but its not worth the punishment or killing somone
