Help me pay for my tooth! Bacons, Jo's, Anthems, FT!

Yea, that's right. I cracked a tooth and had an implant put in, and basically financially drained me for the season. I had a few pairs of skis I'm trying to get rid of, and a few pairs I was going to hold onto, but am kinda being forced to sell if I want to ski this year. Lesson to this, mouthguard.

1st up, 08/09 Line Sir Francis Bacons mounted with STH16s for a 326 sole length, They have been mounted twice, once at -1cm from center, and again at recommended. They have been skied a day and a half, in pow, and have no damage in any way shape or form. $550

Next, 08/09 178 Head JO Pros mounted with FKS155s. Again, 326 sole length. Again, skied two days, no rails, few jumps, but mostly all pipe. Bases and edges are immaculate, there are two nicks on the topsheet that I can get closeups for. $350

Next, 07/08 178 Line Anthems mounted with Rossi Scratch 140TI bindings, for a 335 sole length. About 50 days on them, topsheets are beat up, but bases are fairly flawless, no core shots, just some scratches that we're professionally filled and stoneground. $200

I really don't want to part with these, but if the offer is good, I'll let them go. 08/09 183 Line Blends, mounted with Mojo 15s for a 326 sole length. Topsheets are peeling like an orange, but everything else is pristine. Best skis I've ever owned, and I swore I'd ski them until they die, but I'm getting desperate for money.

And lastly, 08/09 29.5 Full Tilt Konflicts. 326mm Sole length, in decent condition. Toes were stretched for length. $150.

All prices are NEGOTIABLE, but please no low balls. Buyer pays shipping within reason, I will work with you on prices if it comes to a sale. I'm really desperate to earn a few dollars, so please shoot me offers. The only trade I'll consider is a pair of 181 Pipe Cleaners. I apologize for the sideways pictures, I'm doing this in a rush. PMs make me life a little easier than in the thread, but whatever, just get some of this stuff off my hands.

Why didn't you put up a different post like " trade gear for Dental work"? I am a dentist and could have traded you some work for skis and gear.

Implants are awesome though, totally worth it. You will be happy you got it.

And YES to mouth guards eventhough I am a hypocrite and don't wear one.
 
4 grand worth of dental work later, I should've considered it. And that's with my the periodontist and oral surgeon at my friends dad's office doing the work. Ugh.
 
damn i wish my local shop had FTs to try on. It being 326mm BSL scares me because I rock 29.5 foil boots and they have a 335 BSL. That centimeter is quite a bit in boot fit. Otherwise Id be all over them.Free bump
 
where are the blends mounted? not for interest in buying them but i just got some and you said you loved them so i was wondering where you mounted them.
 
With bindings, probably like 450. Again, I'm not jonesing to get rid of them, but if an offer walked along... 500, and they're gone, if I get desperate, we'll see what I'd let them go for

WIsh i way buying some this year.... those anthemes are tempting, im looking for a light park ski.... and I LOVE MY BLENDS AS WELL.

i saw these skis at the D&Q garage sale, skis are indeed sick and descriptions of the condition of the skis are right on, free bump!
 
beats me, i didnt mount them. my 82 year old mechanic did, and he put both wolves facing the front not paying attention to the fact that its a dual graphic. thats probably why i mount all of the twins in my shop now.

as for the price on splitting out the bacons and sths... as long as i get the 550, you guys can hash out what you see as fair
 
id rather sell just ski, i have more skis than bindings, so i can always move things around.

Wow never thought I would hear that. I actually have the same thing and have recently switched to full tilts for this season rock the bsl that is 9mm smaller. I can clip into all of my skis which have either Jesters, Marker m 14's, Salomon and Look bindings without compromising the "heal latch". So if you are thinking of buying his conflicts don't be afraid of bsl I truthfully think they are probably a little bigger than what they say considering how well they matched my bindings that were set up for foil 335bsl.
