Assuming the cards are generated with a random generator that works sufficently well, then this is almost more of a test of how much you react to the last card that was shown. (which technically should not have any influence on the next card shown-- though for obvious reasons one might naturally assume there's some sort of pattern and alter their guesses accordingly.)
