Yo NS. Long time no see. How's things been? Maybe I've been forgotten, who knows.

I come to you today to ask for help in a survey I'm doing for my teaching program!

All I need from you is your top five characteristics of an effective teacher (in your opinion, no right or wrong answer here.)

Bumping this just to say that I hate when teachers have a filter on for their students. I love it when a teacher can freely express themselves without feeling restricted.

4: Intimidating and strict (for classroom management reasons)

5: No further aspirations in life

Just to add, I don't consider it a necessary requirement to be a good teacher and I'm not sexist or anything but thinking back I realized that all the best teachers I've had have been males. Just an observation.
