Help me out here...

Alright so I really got into skiing two season's ago, my friends have all been skiing for a long time and are sponsored so they have really encouraged me to get into free skiing. I've been skiing on an old pair of rossignol shape skis that aren't twin tips. But over the summer my dad bought me and him the 2009 hellbents, now I know these skis will be great in the powder and i'm way excited for that. But I was just wondering how they will handle in the park... I'm 17 and really trying to save my money for college and was wondering if its worth it to buy some really nice park skis or just use the hellbents... either way any tips on how to handle such a wide ski in the park would be greatly appreciated!!!!

K+++ for any help full responses!

you could ride the hellbents in the park but its not worth it. Keep those skis in good shape for the rest of the mountain and get a cheap pair of park skis.

Hellbents will crush through crud and ice as long as the underfoot edges are sharp. In other words sliding rails will make the ski hand like shit on hard pack.

My friend rode Hellbents as his park ski this year and he basically said that they were the most fun thing he's every ridden because of how soft they are.

depends on your natural stance.....if you have a wide stance you'll be fine. if you have a seriously thin one...then look into selling them.but youll only know if you try
