This year im gonna be trying some inverts. I want to try the lincoln loop, but i dont want to snap my neck out of not knowing how to do it right.

PLEASE help me out and tell me how to stomp it!

i also want to do one. i am going to make a big kicker and make a huge pile of poder to land in so i cant hurt myself

honestly i cant really help you man but i did see an eight year old girl do one at the swimming pool the other day ... maby you should ask her...

uh, pick a spot in front of you, rotate around it. learn it on the tramp or off a diving board first...oh, and if you don't want to die, COMMIT COMMIT COMMIT.

mind you, i've never tried one on snow...

dude there not too hared don't really worry about it. First you gotta make sure that you can do one good on a tramp or diving boards or something, then just do the same thing, and you should at least land feet first

it's pretty easy. just drop your shoulder and commit. I learned them on tramps and jumping off cliffs into water during the summertime.

^ better as in showing you have no air awareness? or better as in showing you didn't really know what you were doing and just hucked?

learn it on a tramp! its very easy to get the rotation, but the most important thing i found was focusing on a point ahead of you and keep looking at it, because you tend to spin 90-180 automaticly which jus makes u fall when u land n smack ur hips etc.

^ yea i always spun like 90 degrees when I was starting out, just have to focus on a point in front of you like they said, you'll get it

The main thing i can say when trying any inverts or ridiculous tricks is.... IF UR GONNA DO IT DO IT, WHATEVER U DO DONT STOP HALF WAY THROUGH!!

and dont tuck your shoulders you'll just end up doing a misty...thats my problem when i try to lincon on a tramp do a misty cause i tuck my shoulder

Focus on a point ahead of you beyond the jump takeoff. It is important to focus on something and watch it spin all the way around, or else you will usually end up turning your head a slight bit a rotating. For example, if you are throwing a lincoln to your right, pop hard off the jump, looking ahead, throw your head towards your right shoulder to initiate rotation. To keep it straight, i actually throw my right arm behind my right knee. This keeps me straight and puts my hand in position for japan grab. Watch the world flip around, put the landing gear down and stomp that shit.

And as with most flips you will do for the first time, definately do it on tramps and diving boards first.

you don't need a tramp or diving board at all. Dude stand in your skiis and hop onto your side on flat ground and curl up into a ball. that will give you a small idea of the feeling. Then just go for it and stay clear minded, if you r clear minded you will land feet down. I never jumped on a tramp or off a cliff trying on and stomped it my first try. It may be a bit sketch but its not hard as long as you are ballsy and commit

you'd be safer trying a better trick like corks. Learn backflips first though, not front flips cause they are sketchy death you can't see the landing coming at all. Learn some backs then move on to like corks and switch spining and stuff. no lincolns

dont loose focus on that spot or you'll end up doing cork backflip or frontflip(usually resulting in landing on your back)

the best thing to do is to try it on a tramp first. When you feel secure, try it on a bc kicker with a lot of powder. The jump doesnt have to be very big, cause you will always manage to flip around..

you have the best sense of sarcasm i have ever seen. and im being serious, not like harassing you or anything, you make me laugh.
