Hey guys, i need help with this. here is the thing, i bought a pair of LINE blend 2017 (178cm) and i’m 172cm tall. Do u still think im going to be able to use them in the park? Or even use them in the mountain? Im really desperate and worried about this since i burned $700. I wish i could change them but im so unlucky that they are out of stock :) . And yes, i was stupid in buying such a tall ski for mi height.

Im so afraid i wont be able to use them, but i would like your advice guys. Thank you and greetings from Argentina!

A few questions...

1) What is your skier ability?

2) What is your weight?

3) Where will you be using them (park, all mountain, both?)

4) How long were your old skis?

Its all personal preference. Personally, I would just ski them, I ride 185 pow skis and 180 park skis and I'm about 178cm tall and I am very light. I have no problem with either, it took about a day to adjust to sizing when I first bought them, they almost feel like I could go bigger but don't feel like its necessary. I doubt you will have issues considering your skis are 2.5 inches taller than you.

I think your bigger problem is dropping $700 on them. You can get 2018 ones for

1) advanced/ expert

2) i’m about 138.9 lbs / 63 kg

3) im actually an overall skier lol. I ride mostly all mountain/ park but i do go backcountry OCCASIONALLY , ty for the replie man i hope i will get used to them and be able to ride them with no problem

4) they are my first skis ever. Previously i rented.

To the other guy, i actually burned 700 not only for the skis, i bought a bundle with the line blend 2017, marker griffon bindings and line poles. I think it was a good deal.

I think you will be okay. I'm 155cm with 164cm park skis, it took me a day to get used to them but then I was fine. Don't think about it too much and just ski. Good luck!

I find it hard to believe you can be an expert skier withought ever owning a pair of skis
