Help me design my flat rail

aight ino i've made a couple threads on this, but i have the metal now, i have 23ft of steel 2x4, which is hollow steel bar stock 4 inches wide, whats the ideal rail i can make outa this, i was thinking 20 ft long, but what do i use to weld supports onto the bar,(i was thinking the rail to be about 2-3ft high) can i weld barrel to bar? whats a good support structure? thanks any help is good
 
use a welder first of all. make it 2 feet tall. if its 20 feet long then make 5 metal supports every 4 feet. then use some wood to help support it.
