Help me come up with something to teach my class

for my freshman seminar class(kinda like speech, where you get comfortable with public speaking i guess) i have to teach my class how to do something, anything thats school appropriate but i cant teach them how to do a skiing trick or anything because this has to be at least 7-12 minutes long and giving tips on how to do a trick would take like a minute. i have to come up with some ideas by tomorow. i dont hot wax my skis or tune them so i have no idea how to do that so i cant do that. the only thing i can think of is teaching them the different parts of a ski nd stuff but i dont really know too much about them so i dont think that would be a 7 minute speech and it also has to be how to do something not just explaining what something is. can someone help me think of something to teach to my class?
 
i hate skiing.....

im supposed to teach them how to do something. and i dont know how to make any foods
 
takes a max of 5 minutes to explain

but give out papes to the audiance and have them do it with you
 
how to brush your teeth. I did how to make pancakes, and that was good, and also how to play ultimate frisbee. both were around 10 mins I think
 
for brushing my teeth i would need a visual aid which means i would have to brush my teeth in front of my class
 
dude i did teach my class to grind a rail for like 7 mins and i got 100% percent and got voted best presentation for the whole class i brought in a rail and my skis and stuff and like had tons of pics and stuff and then showed what can go wrong and how to fix it and then what you can do once you learn to grind like 2-7 on 2-7 out both ways switch ups unatty then if you want to add inside edge but i build a like 3 foot high rail and 8 feet long and put it up on tables and then have a vid of some steezy grinds but i didnt have a camera so you should be able to do that

where did you put your skis and rail during the day? if you put them in your locker then your school must have some bigass lockers
 
one of the best how tos ive ever heard is a pbj. it seems so simple at first, but make it complex and unique and people love how you can put a cool twist on such a simple thing.
