Help me build a back yard rail

if you got ideas or advice on building a rail, doesnt matter what outta, just not too expensive. help me out please.. doesnt matter how high off the ground, any idea will help.
 
dpends on the specs i would go with for starters, a couple pvc pipes screwd to a 4*4 , i have a piece of channel metal on a 4by raised like 2 ft. off the ground.
