ok theres a rail jam in like 2 hours and my neck and back are super stiff and i just kida feel like hell and im super sore... whats some good stretches or meds i could take to be ready to go,.
 
if your going to go anyway, just do neck rotations, move your head slowly from side to side, as far as it will go. for back you can touch your toes, twist torso from side to side at hips, sitting on teh floor, extend legs and try to touch your toes with your opposite hand
 
it would also help a lot if you have a hot tub at your house or just get in the tub with hot water and stay there for good 15-30 min that should do it, it just relazes your muscles and i'm pretty sure if you do that and stretch you'll be ok.
 
take a real long, really hot shower, that always helps me lots. stretching is always good.
 
If you have any magnesium layin around, take some of that, it naturally relaxes your muscles and should lessin the tension. Aside from that stretch, and when you do so, don't "bounce" your stretches, move into them slowly and hold for 20 seconds or so. Good Luck
 
have like a 1 hour bath to loosen up your muscles and then do as many stretches as you can.

the bath sould realy help the heat helps your muscles losen up and the stretching gets rid of latic acid so even if you dont loosen up much you back will hurt less
 
ya dude you can like roll on your back on the ground thats what i do in the morning before skiing

lay on you back bring you knees to you chest and wrap you arms around your legs and rock back and forth while pushing your legs outward from your chest...sounds stupid but it actually works...and it cracks your back
