HELP ME (ADOBE 6.0)

Okay, I downloaded it off of limewire, and this may be the cause of my problem due to an incomplete download or something but try to help me anyway. When I play a video (imported from previous upload) in dual view mode (when the two video viewing screens are side by side) it works great..fine and smooth in the left screen. However the screen on the right (the "after" video for seeing the effects after they are applied) located next to it is all choppy and distorted, and I can't figure out why, can you PLEASE HELP ME?!!?

either that or your Firewire cable is still plugged in and your cam is on

cam has to be off or firewire unplugged
