Help landing 360s

So I have read all of the threads under "360" in the search bar and am still looking for help.

I have been spinning 180's for about five years now and started with 3s about three years ago. I spin left. I have the pop and head rotation down, my problem comes with the landing. When I come back around square on the landing my left leg wants to keep spinning (it is always up and to the outside) so I end up landing fully on my right leg. In pow it is not such a big deal, but in the park or elsewhere it sucks and hurts my knee sometimes. So any tips for planting BOTH feet evenly to stick the landing on a 360?

try bringing your knees up when you first hit the jump, and then when you are going to land concentrate on planting them down on the landing, if that makes any sense.

how small is the jump you're hitting. if it's really small and you're just hucking a really fast spin, that's your problem.. you need more airtime to give yourself more time to spot the landing and get your feet in position

make sure that you are comfortabe spnning 3's on the ground first. like just jump adn do it. and make sure that you know the jump and you are commiting to it.

ya try a bigger jump tuck up and just a nice slow smooth spin also sometimes people get bad habits and n matter how hard they try they can't get out of it but it just sounds like your huckin to hard

Thinking about it logically, it sounds like you could be spinning off axis a little bit, i.e you are throwing your left shoulder down and to the left, instead of just to the left - focus on keeping the spin totally flat when you set it.

Everything will come from your pop and how you set the spin

Icy landing makes me keep rotating after I hit the ground but usually only on like a 5 or larger spin.

I think you might need to open up earlier, to stop your rotation in the air.

But threes are tricky, you always get bad habits and you don't want to huck a 30 ft table with a bad habbit.

Visualize, start small, work your way up

my thoughts exactly, if you through the spin correctly your legs shouldn be a prolem.

try when you spin to keep your arms below your shoulders at all times that should keep you from going of axis and it will make it way easier to bring your feet round for landing

you just have to go for it, so what if you fall and you might be to old however old you are skiing takes alotta guts just go for it no matter what
