i switched to it from a 30g video so it was nice. its super light but for skiing get a shuffle/nano. im not gonna risk my touch again this year

i wouldnt ski with such an expensive ipod.. just get a nano or a shuffle.. i use a nano and i worry about that so i can't imagine using and ipod touch to ski with

I'd be kind of worried about breaking, that's why I use a Nano.. In a few weeks/maybe a month I'm going to have a sale with a Shuffle in it.. And I live in QC too so

I wouldn't even risk it when you can get a shuffle for like 40 bucks. I wouldn't feel comfortable knowing that a touch was in my pocket when skiing.

word if you can aford it, buy a video and then a shuffle just for skiing, thats how i do it, it works great, small simple, no endless scrolling

i have a 30 gig video, but i don't like skiing with it

i also have like a 2 gig shuffle and i really like it for skiing

i used mine all winter, it was fine. i ad some bad falls too! it works fine, no scratces even. i had it in the pocket in the inside of my chest. no problems at all.

apparently it didn't work out too well for steezemoney...

I use a iPod nano, and it seens to work fine

But i would just get an iPod shuffle just because, its small, and you can hook it on to your jacket or pants.

But my cousin uses a iPod Video, and it works.. so whatever you like.

For me the big ipods would annoy me.

ive used my iphone a few times late last season and it worked great. i liked using my old ipod better though i think. it was a bit easier to use with cold weather.
