due to this site+summer i have stoped exersising. my activitys are as follows:

-eat

-sleep

that sucks buddy. get back at it. take up biking or something for the summer. I know that I am probably in the est shape of my life because my buddy convinced me to go swimming with him all summer. yeah

if you dont like to run do some climbing or go biking...bike as far away from your house until you are completely exausted..then take a small break and go back..its pretty fun, just think of the bike, not the way back.

do some weight lifting..and eat wisely..more vegetables and fruit than anything else..works

A combination of Cardiovascular, Strength and power training is the only solution to your leaden limbs lax effect on the slopes.

I suggest Cardio vascular ever 2 days at 60% max heartrate (220 minus your age = max) for 30 minutes at a time. Swimming and cycling are good because they are lower impact on the joints than running. Build this up comfortably and stop if you experience discomfort. Try to vary what you do as you will work different muscle groups and not get bored.

Intersperse this with alternation between some skiing specific plyometric circuits to build white muscle and muscle memory followed by moderate leg weights and then some light upper body action on other days

You should also get yourself on the wobbleboard or vew-do to build strength in your core muscles and joint supporting muscles and ligaments.

What you eat is important too. Try to eat more protein, a 1:1:1 calorific ratio fat:protein:carbohydrate is good. Typically fat is 7-8 calories per gramme vs. an average of 2.5 for both protein and carbohydrate. Try to eat after you excersise and do not eat after 8 o'clock.

You have to be serious if you want to train. It is also good to get down to the diving boards or trampolines and have some lessons! don't just huck as they will train you to have proper control in the air.

Remeber to take at least one day off training per week.

dont take ephedrin.. really bad for you. can also kill you, depending on your body. i have used it a couple times. didnt kill me. but i used it as a wake up pill. still its really unhealthy, dont touch it

yeah ephedra can kill you if you dont use it right. i dont use it anymore but it made me cut in about 2 months and now i just eat healthy and maintain my bod. it just speeds up your metabolism. if you take it and your body seems to not handle it so well then dont take it. buts its definately worth the try.

 
Definately do not take ephedrin

You could damage your heart, liver etc.

If you want to take a supliment the absolute maximum I would suggest would be Creatine but even then you have to be careful of your kidneys

the key for me is just do something every day. make sure you go biking, swimming, running, play soccer, or even just for a walk. and don't just eat junk. you can eat some, but don't have your main source of energy come from fast food.

dude its real easy to loose weight, or keep it off. Im in pretty good shape but im not the kinda person that wont gain weight woteva they eat, i gotta be real careful. 1 mile ran or walked is roughly 100 Calories, so say if u ran 4 miles, and didnt eat a chocolate bar, then that day u avoided or used 700 Calories more than normal. If you couple that with not eating crap and just like the other dude above me said, do something every day, u will have no probs. If you want to loose 1lb thats 3500 Calories u gotta deal with.

Running is fun anyway so its cool to do it cuz its good and cuz u r getting healthier. Im not really talking much sense, that dude with the comprehensive olympic training scedule is ure best help. Im out dude.

play football or some team sport. tats what i did because i knew i wouldnt do the training on my own.

its hard to just get out and run if your not used to it.

Bawb geeze could you have given a more detailed workout? i ran and biked every other day this summer and stayed in great shape, just do that. or swim. swimming has been proven to be the best sport to do to tone you.

i'm with jay on this one - cutting down on your booze consumption should naver be an option. just go skiing... you'll get fit eventually.

Key to Success:

Take 1 ThermoPros (caffein + ephedrin) then go crazy for about 3 hours until is starts to wear off. Caution: May actually cause you to go crazy, jump from high places, swear lots and possibly kill people. Not to mention rapid heart rate and profuse sweating.

Earned me lots of money when i was a tree planter though.
